As of January 2017 an OSI investigation was opened to include many charges such as stalking, etc.. thus, placing him on an Admin Hold. I was appointed an SVC (Special Victims Counsel) to represent and assist me throughout this investigation and possible charges. I cannot talk much about this case but will say that as of June 2017 OSI gave an investigate report summary over to Base Legal and charges may be finally coming after 10 years of abuse. He still has my children and I am now being accused in court by the Judge that 'I am taking his job.' This is still due to the fact of why I started this petition and that is that the military does NOT help victims and does NOT give any access to information regarding abuse and investigations and possible outcomes to show the civilian court. When this OSI investigation was opened the civilian judge punished me and made me have supervised visits with my children. The child's attorney recently appointed to our custody case had this supervision lifted within a month of being ordered due to the fact that you cannot punish a victim for an investigation opening, and the fact that has always been in place that I am no harm to m children and nothing to show unfit. This case in the civilian court has always been what I believe to be a bias to myself and his adoration for the military. Thus, blinding him as to what is really taking place. As the charges come forth I will update everyone of the status. This petition is still very much needed as so much injustice is happening with both civilian court and military regulations and how victims SHOULD be treated. Also, to change policies to better help assist victims trying to seek help and leave their abuser.
