Yang Berhormat,

I'm PENAARASY SIVALINGAM, the founder and secretary of Persatuan Penyelamat Haiwan Terbiar Kuala Lumpur and Selangor which is registered with ROS.

I'm writing to you with an urgent humble request as our Persatuan needs your kind help, ie to communicate with DBKL to implement the same program that MBPJ just started recently that is to mark out all areas that are cared for by animal lovers to start this TNRM system and we wish the same to start with Brieckfields first and other parts of KUALA LUMPUR too.

Since our Selangor SDG conference in April and have also taken MBPJ staff & Councilor to Penang to see the TNRM system operated by IAWPA and City Council of Penang Island, and implemented the same successfully in PJ with the support of MBPJ.

*Now we pray DBKL will do the same and is ready to work with NGOs and independent feeders using TNRM.*

We hope to get an official launch of the DBKL TNRM project soon at DBKL with your kind support in assisting us to mark this as a successful project soon.

*With the TNRM implementation there will no longer be situations where our neutered stray dog will be captured. Under our care these dogs will now be called community dogs.*

We will also be able to avoid nasty confrontations with dog catchers. This is the time for all animal lovers to work together with DBKL to make this system a success.

We are forming a network of animal care givers to identify the different areas which are covered. Once we identify our area, we are hoping DBKL will work with care givers to resolve complains. From now on we are partners.

We feeder, rescuer or NGO truly appreciate and need all your kind support and contribution to help us make this project successful for the well-beings of STRAY ANIMAL'S everywhere especially this merciful voiceless strays dog's continues SURVIVAL in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor.

We hope DBKL will mark out all areas that are cared for by animal lovers to start this TNRM system and support our launching of this project soon with your kind help please.

In the meantime we are also in the need to build a loving SHELTER to re-home this merciful voiceless strays ANIMAL'S, especially dog's to a safer environment with proper care with the support of DBKL and or any animals lovers with compassionate heart in giving us a beautiful piece of land (SANCTUARY) to build them a forever loving SHELTER .

We also have plans to use the trainer to train some of this young dogs as guard dogs and effort are being made by us to locate them to factories and developers to take them as all would have been vaccinated and neutered.

We sincerely appreciate if YB can make some time to meet up with us and DBKL to make this project successful please.

Our members are Multi-racial and Multi-cultural. We are all animals lovers who wants the best for this merciful voiceless strays ANIMAL'S well-beings everywhere.

We are praying YB will understand the plight of this merciful voiceless strays in this country and help us create a safe environment with this compassionate project together with the join participation of your great self and DBKL too.
