Let's present a petition to the Member of Parliament Shinjirou Koizumi in Japan for banning foie gras imports into Japan as soon as possible and for banning the storing, maintaining, or selling of foie gras by amending the law of Human Treatment and Management of Animals in Japan.

The force feed is that a pipe is thrust down their throat and into their stomach. The flow of food is so forceful and the amounts is so large that the some birds' stomachs break apart. The stomach cramps, but ducks and geese feel painful without vomit. This process Continue 2 or 3 times a day and can last 3 to 4 weeks everyday. Their livers swells up to 10 times their normal size.  It’s hardly surprising that 10 to 20 times more animals die in the force-feeding industry than in conventional farming. Today, almost 100% of the foie gras on the market is by force feed. This is a very cruel method and this should not be the case. Please understand the suffering and sadness of ducks and geese.
