Roger Peikin, the ex-landlord who falsely reported us to CPS, just a few weeks ago still threatened us via txt and essentially admits that he caused damage and will “cause more damage”. Reported to FBI and police as well as other agencies. See attached. My son and I have a right to live a safe and happy life in Santa Monica!
