On May 23rd, 2023 Minnesota Governor Tim Walz signed bill HF 100, making Minnesota the 23rd state to completely legalize the use and sale of cannabis. Minnesota has been a medical marijuana-only state since 2014.  
Kudos to you Minnesota, not only did you make the intelligent choice to legalize, but also ALL your citizens can now grow their own. Up to 8 plants at a time, and you may possess 2 ounces in public and 2 pounds of mature flower in your home. It appears it will also be less difficult to obtain a license to grow or sell commercially than in most other states. Just like Michigan, Minnesota will have much lower taxes on Cannabis than our neighbors to the south. 
Yes, now Minnesota can take in 30-40 million in tax revenue each year from Wisconsin residents who choose to use cannabis for recreation or medical needs. JUST LIKE ILLINOIS DID LAST YEAR!
