Thanks to the great work of CK supporters (you know who you are) it was discovered that Dr James Prueter, former owner of SAC, is a current Board Member of the Medina County SPCA. Jeff Holland and Danamarie Panella, defendants in the Federal Lawsuit are employees of the Holland and Muirden law firm (based in Medina County) specializing in animal law are the special prosecutors acting on behalf of LHS in their lawsuit against CK in Lake County. (and many, many other prosecutions in Ohio) So, we ask the public...Coincidence or Retaliation for the Federal Lawsuit? Ellen was told by employee Amy Clark yesterday that Refusal of Service was "due to the Lawsuit". Case closed. Retaliation. The Federal Judge will likely be advised. p.s.
