* Legislated in 2006 with the ANOMALY of a "Red-Cross Hatched" YELLOW CONSERVATION ZONE known as the "Designated Great Sandy Area ( GSR ) " - THE ONLY MARINE PARK IN THE COUNTRY to ALLOW COMMERCIAL NETTING THROUGHOUT YELLOW CONSERVATION PARK ZONES!

* Mid-term review due to be completed in 2012 - NOT DELIVERED!

* Full-Term Review due in 2016 - NOT DELIVERED

* Extension for review to be completed in 2017 - NOT DELIVERED!

* GSMP Re-Instated as it was - with PROMISE to complete the review by 2018 ........

July 2022 - Here we are and STILL NO DRAFT PLAN!
