On March 17, 2020, the Law Society of Ontario announced that:

• The late payment fee will not be applied before April 6, 2020. The Law Society will continue to monitor the situation and will re-evaluate the timing of the application of the late payment fee leading up to April 6.

• Administrative suspensions will not be processed before April 6, 2020. The Law Society will continue to monitor the situation and will re-evaluate the annual fee and CPD suspensions leading up to April 6.
