We are still fighting!

Things have been a little quite on this petition but we are still here and we are still fighting. We have been busy behind the scenes trying to stop this misguided development project. On August 2, 2016, Members of the neighborhood alliance The Friends of the Newtonville Avenue Neighborhood have filed a complaint in Massachusetts Superior Court to challenge the issuance of a Special Permit to allow construction of a massive self-storage facility in a densely populated residential neighborhood. The legal battle is about to start and we need your help to win. We still have a chance to stop this before our neighborhood changes forever but we cannot do it without your contribution.
