Shes super special, scared in the kennel but still comes up to me and gives me kisses.
Shes was a owner surrender, you know how our precious loyal loves takes seperation hard from their people. We also know know them to be the most lovable, dogs too.
Shes a catch and shes urgent. Im calling on all of you ro help.

Sage is behaviorally OK for public adoption. Sage has medium energy level with calm dogs recommended. Sage is an owner surrender due to owner’s granddaughter becoming ill and can no longer have dog in the home.
Her previous owners stated she knows sit and gives paw, she was good in the home with small dogs , cats and large dogs!!!
While in playgroups Sage kept to herself and roamed the yard. She followed the dogs around for some time. She solicited affection from the handlers. When the dogs approached her, she would anxiously walk away. After some time in the yard, she settled but never engaged in play. Overall, Sage was tolerant of the dogs and would benefit best in a gentle/dainty yard.
During Sages handling assessment she allowed the handler to pet her everywhere but did get slightly uncomfortable having her paws touched. She moved her paws away from the handler, closed her mouth and licked her lips. Overall, Sage was tolerant of being pet and displayed no concerning behavior.
