Thank you for supporting the approximately 18,000 students in Klein ISD high schools.  Your efforts are not going unnoticed. 

We are still asking that everyone spreads the link around to all your local Facebook groups, Nextdoor groups, Instagram, Twitter, wherever you might be able to reach the members of the Klein community.  Talk about this with your church groups and social circles.

On the agenda is the upcoming State of the District Q & A with Dr. McGown.  We want to FLOOD her inbox with this issue, so she understands that this is important for us and the students of KISD.  You can submit this, and any other question you may have, at KISD Q & A Google Form Link.  There will be a Facebook Live event where the questions are addressed TOMORROW, October 25, 2022, at 8:00pm.  THE SQUEEKY WHEEL GETS THE OIL!

Lastly, we want to start getting representatives at the spirit nights that are abundant across the KISD communities.  This doesn't have to be any more than someone there with a printed out copy of the QR code that patrons can scan to reach the petition while they are waiting in line, or if you feel you want to discuss it with people, by all means, read the petition, but stick to the facts as published in the district policy on the exemptions.  We are not looking to make all absences not count, just the medical absences, as this is the overly restrictive aspect of the policy.
