So, now as of today, the Huddersfield Examiner publishes as usual more spin and propaganda while leaving out critical facts and details...
It claims the Petition by Bernard McGuin has "run out of steam" when in fact it has picked up again recently. And the only reason people were not signing it before was because of the newspapers themselves discouraging people .. as they have been doing again. Which is in effect misleading the electors as the story comes from the council.

The council are claiming as a decision was already made, they will not hear the petition (even though it was started by a councillor himself) the newspaper refuses to say that the public can go Above the council and overturn its decision and the purpose of petitions is in fact to oppose the council (decisions) in anything. Petitions are not case specific to previous decisions.
Because you can petition to change a wall or remove it that was built 10 years ago.
To get a different park, a new park or change a park... Had an original decision to build the park in the first place. So the logic of this story is defective or the council would not be able to take down any building or change anything that was approved or built.
The town would be fixed permanently the same way. This failure to inform the public is illegal and influencing the electors. A break in logic and in fact criminal.
Also referendums go above and over anything the council has or can do.
I have also now found a further petition that has over 500 signatures as well opposing the cafe. And it will be amalgamated and combined in signatures with the other petitions.
The situation now claims that the Thandi partnership have not yet applies to Historic England or the trust that deals with this.. the other petition is targeted at that trust. Personally the newspapers are not to be trusted in my opinion they pit the public against eachother and give misleading information.
Also, i believe that there is some instability in Facebook and change org and signatures are not being added properly. Facebook also is set against us visibility wise. Messenger limitations, spam and tagging triggers set against us to fail. Nick Clegg is President at Facebook and its clear political success is being obstructed. When we tag 50 people. We get very good response and sign ups. But the posts are mysteriously dissapearing and nobody complained or reported it.
There are opposing forces at work cheating.

That petition has just mysteriously appeared and i can tell you i search Castle Hill regularly in change org and it was NOT appearing in the search results until just now yet it says it was started 1 month or so ago.
So there are now 4 main petitions and i need to check 38 degrees again as well
If the Newspaper would mention the referendum powers that are mostly unknown about and rarely utilised... People would sign.

The fact is that in relation to this petition i am doing myself here... That is adding this evidence and information... I have huge groups of people who want to protect this site and will sign. 50,000 people in some groups and 35,000 in others and plenty more. When i ask individuals, they are happy to sign. But facebook groups settings is obstructing signatures and petition signature requests in tagged replies of 50 people, lawfully posted in groups and lawfull messenger messages to 50 or 100 people are unlawfully being classed as "spam" by Facebook. This is Nick Clegg and Mark Zuckerberg. Obstructing the rights of politics. And doing it unlawfully. To add to the newspapers meddling.
Therefore i the 4,000+ signatures we now have is very good. Even leading petitions to the council only obtained 7 or 8 thousand signatures with entire villages helping.
And the Hospital cause that the newspaper heavily backed to excess was the only petition to really reach referendum capacity.
Its clear with 4 petitions now open that this is not the end of this. Big platforms are against our rights
