SurfRider Foundation to support Campaign Non Toxic San Diego

Roger Kobe, from  SurfRider Foundation, came to the Non Toxic San Diego Rally Aug 27, 2019 and said SurfRider Foundation will be sending a letter to the Mayor, City and County Representatives and Port Authority in support of Campaign Non Toxic San Diego goals.
