It was a long and messy fight but we did it! Although the Amber Rose bill itself was defeated we were successfully able to make major amendments to the bill HB525 making it one of, if not THE, strongest state auto consumer protection laws. The bill allows for a dealer to tell you the consumer about any safety related issues on your car without you even needing to ask!!! It further protects dealers from auto manufacturers retribution if they do tell you. Time to take this model law to every state in the US!! Save the DATE! September 17th in DC. Stand for Justice.
