NHS England Survey Open

We have discovered there is a survey open to the service users of Blanche Heriot Unit and other interested parties to help NHS England "understand your concerns." https://www.engage.england.nhs.uk/survey/009611c3/ You can also register here for the webinar hosted by NHS England, ASPHT, CNWL and Surrey County Council on 13 September from 12.00 pm till 1.30 pm. The next face to face meeting for BHU patients will be on Saturday 9 September from 10.30 am - 12.00 pm in Room 3, Chertsey House, St Peter’s Hospital. Do complete the survey to help share your comments, patient stories and personal concerns about BHU to NHS England and Surrey County Council. Do note that we are raising the issue that you cannot select more than one answer for question 4.
