**URGENT** Please read!!

This is VERY IMPORTANT.

The permanent adoption of this regulation would make it LAW. And “could” lead to v*xxing of kids in schools. It is unclear how far they can take “covered entities” Call today!! 518-474-7553 (Commissioner Bassett) Tell her that Public Health Council can NOT vote on the permanent adoption of the regulation for Covered Entities tomorrow.

1) There is a pending request for a public hearing on this regulation. 2) This regulation is at emergency status in the April 6th register so how can this be voted on as a permanent regulation. For these two reason withdraw this item from tomorrow’s Public Health and Health Full Council agenda.
