Word on the street is our petition is being dismissed as a quaint gesture, but not one that will affect any real change in the City's indiscriminate approval of TIF incentives in already developed areas such as the Plaza and Crossroads. Here's an idea...what if each of us solicited just ONE more supporter to sign on...a friend, neighbor or colleague? We could double our numbers overnight; sending a clear message about what VOTERS want from their new City Council. So my fellow rabble-rousers, can each one, reach one in the next 24 hours? I believe we can!
