Specific Direction

Last year, I ordered the Chief of Defence Staff to follow my "Specific Direction" in accordance with the National Defence Act. Can we spread that around as it is a rare thing that a beneficiary can order a Trustee to honour their "specific direction" on how to administer the Trust.
