There is a huge gap when it comes to the documentation for centralisation of the case to go to trial. I would love to get a new law passed in Kit's name to close this very loop hole.
The criminals attorney wants to get the case struck off the roll as KZN still hasn't signed off the centralisation documents. There are more bail hearings coming. How can it be so easy for criminals to get away with Murder due the Justice Systems Failure to complete simple tasks or to work hand in hand?
Can we look into this? I don't want to let the criminals know about this loop hole if they don't already, or is this something we can blow wide open to the public. Your thoughts?

This is not justice, it's not fair and I would call it an act of criminal offence in its self towards the innocent.
