We, the undersigned, represent a unified collective of players, investors, and contributors who have become victims of a coordinated and large-scale financial deception involving the Telegram-based game BOMBIE and its associated cryptocurrency token $BOMB. This project is affiliated with individuals connected to CatizenAI, including Barry Lau, who is believed to be the principal architect of the scheme.

 
❗ Overview of the Alleged Fraud
Over a period of 7 to 10 months, we participated in the BOMBIE game, diligently completing in-game tasks and making substantial monetary deposits (via fiat and cryptocurrency), based on the assurance—explicit or strongly implied—that our engagement and financial contributions would be rewarded proportionally upon the launch of the $BOMB token.

However, upon token release, participants were shocked to discover that their compensation was severely misrepresented. In many cases, users received only 10% or less of the total value of their deposits in the form of airdropped tokens. For instance, individuals who had deposited $10,000 were issued tokens worth $1,000 or less. In one documented example, a user who contributed $5,000 over 9 months received merely a $700 airdrop, amounting to a direct financial loss of $4,300.

The cumulative losses among the user base are estimated to exceed $15–20 million, affecting thousands of individuals globally—many of whom trusted the integrity of the developers and their association with CatizenAI.

Instead of fairly distributing the promised airdrop to the community, the project’s administrators reportedly diverted a significant portion of the token supply to centralized exchanges and liquidity providers. This maneuver allowed the developers to secure free or privileged listings while abandoning the users who funded the project. This was not an oversight—it was a deliberate and systematic exploitation of users under the guise of a gaming experience.

Intentional misuse of user funds, disguised as “in-game purchases” or progression mechanics.
Disproportionate token distribution, favoring insiders, exchange deals, and developer-held wallets.
Complete lack of transparency in tokenomics, airdrop structure, and financial reporting.
Absence of accountability, including failure to communicate post-launch and refusal to engage with affected users.
 
🧨 Our Formal Demands
We hereby call upon regulatory and investigative authorities, as well as exchange compliance departments, to take the following urgent actions:

Launch an immediate criminal investigation into the activities of the BOMBIE development team and all associated wallet addresses—particularly those linked to Barry Lau.
Delist the $BOMB token from all centralized exchanges (including MEXC, Gate.io, KuCoin, and others) until a full independent audit is conducted and a verified victim compensation plan is established.
Issue a public disclosure from CatizenAI, confirming its role, involvement, and oversight (if any) in the development and financial handling of the BOMBIE project.
Enact a restitution plan, ensuring that all verified users are compensated fairly based on the amount of money deposited and the level of in-game participation.
Freeze all developer-held token allocations and associated proceeds, pending full legal review and regulatory determination.
