A year later, we continue to tell Richard and Zeeva’s story

It’s been one year since Richard and his beloved dog Zeeva were gunned down in the cold of night. It still feels as fresh as it did a year ago, to those who knew and loved the two of them.

Please keep sharing this petition, to help bring awareness to his case and to the misconduct of Salem police. As of today, officers in Salem Oregon are STILL not equipped with body cameras, this is simply unacceptable. The state capitol of Oregon, and no body cameras on officers in the year 2023. 

We will continue to demand transparency and accountability for those sworn to protect us.
