Kaylan was just 13 years old — a boy from Ystradgynlais, from Hirwaun, from Wales. His killer was sentenced by the Court of Appeal to 6 YEARS IN CUSTODY WITH NO EARLY RELEASE — yet barely 2 years later, he has been moved to an open prison.

This is why we fight. Because Kaylan got no second chance. He got no early release. He got no open prison. The sentence MUST be honoured in full.
