***Sample letter to Governor Abbott:
“Dear Governor Abbott,
I write you today to request the immediate pardon of Crystal Martin. As you already know, Miss Mason is currently in prison for voting while she was on supervised release. She has been consistent in maintaining her statement that she was unaware that it was illegal for her to vote while she was on supervised release. She has stated countless times that she had never been made aware of the implications of voting following her release from prison. Miss Mason is a victim of voter disenfranchisement, and you have the opportunity to pardon and set her free today. Please reunite Miss Mason with her children today, sir.
God bless you and yours,
Sincerely,
John Doe
