We are down to the wire! We have a lead on signatures on the opposition!

Hello everyone!

We are down to the wire on our petition .  The vote for Allen City Council is Tuesday night at 7pm.  If you have not emailed the entire council at Council@CityofAllen.org to let them you know you support the budget to be approved as proposed by our city staff...please do so now.

It is absolutely critical that you let your voice be heard as there is a minority group of citizens that have a very loud voice.  Your voice needs to be louder than theirs.  Make the councilmen who support NNR very uncomfortable on Tuesday night, September 13th.  They  need to hear from ALL citizens and not just from those citizens who supported them for election.  

Please, also show up on Tuesday night September 13th, at 7pm to speak at the council meeting.  If you do not want to speak, you can still fill out a card to announce your support or not support of the budget as proposed versus NNR and do this without having to speak out loud.  

This is your right and responsibility as an Allen citizen.  Your voice is important.  Make sure that you are heard. Do not let a small group of citizens speak for the entire city.

Ken and I will be there at 6pm on Tuesday night  to speak to anyone who shows  up and has any questions or just needs a word of encouragement.  We would love to meet you all!
