I have had an amazing week where I have been able to get women's voices heard in city hall and our local council through the newly elected councillors . Plus a valuable time of update with John McDonnell's local PA. This is needed through the nation as women lives are put at risk if not properly supported with care and compassion and practical help to heal on the journey of rebuilding her life...... She most certainly needs financial dignity restored while she is healing and till she is ready to cope with the work environment... or if unable to ever work because of left over effects of her abuse the we must as a society support with compassion.
