Due to continued questions of why the Petition has not been updated, I am sending out a current status. FOIA'S were sent out to both Halifax Humane Society and Charleston Animal Society to find the status and well being of 69-70 confiscated rabbits. Halifax Humane Society denied the FOIA request. Charleston Animal Society sent a Cease and Desist letter to Linda Sue. We have turned the Cease and Desist letter over to a Law Firm in SC for review and will follow their instructions regarding future postings.
