Have all 50 Governors & Attorneys General set up dedicated phone lines, one in each state, to report these heinous crimes, without fear or prejudice and start Grand Jury investigations in each jurisdiction, Mr. Blinken, that is how you will discover who is doing these atrocious, unthinkable crimes.
