11 22 2021 It is 8:30 in the morning. I have not slept yet. I have been pulsed with the Etna police’s favorite revenge and retaliation toy; a high-power radiowave (microwave) directed energy, see-through-the-wall RADAR gun. So I am being tortured. You can’t just snuggle in and sleep when you are being tortured. It is impossible to sleep when you are being tortured. I’ve documented, contemporaneously, how it feels: VN 702 PC, D -161, start tape 7:47AM, 25 minutes 33 seconds end, Nov. 22, 2021. The recording documents me trying to sleep and being stabbed with a very tight, beam focused MW RF DEW to my right side – it feels like I am being stabbed, ‘stung’ with a hypodermic needle over and over again. When I placed shielding there, the left side was pierced, near my left breast, similarly. I kept saying into the diary, that I can’t sleep like this. And eventually just turned my light and computer on, to post this. If they are not going to let me sleep, I might as well write about it and out them.
By the way, the Etna police did recognize my symptoms when I described it to them in February 2012, and immediately knew that the ‘illegal frequencies’ I was talking about were high-power radiowaves. It has been since then, that I realized that it is they, that are doing this to me. It is all documented in my radio interviews and in the two police reports I requested with a FOIA and with the help of an attorney. Follow up to the FOIA report:
This follow-up is not a query. This is a correction of misinformation on the police reports regarding the two phone calls I placed in February 2012, requesting an investigation and assistance to measure, what I know now to be pulsed, beam formed high-power microwave (HPM) radio frequency, directed energy, through wall assaults, which can be done using Through-The-Wall-Surveillance (TTWS) devices, when the microwave radiofrequency (MW RF) power density is increased.
Exactly as the pulsed, beam focused and formed, microwave radiofrequency directed energy (DEW) recently, more and more frequently been in the news, as here:

These micro-motion sensors pick up the slightest of motion, through multiple walls, from a great distance, including breath rate, heart rate and articulation (speech).
Through the wall RADAR guns were designed to be used during exigent circumstances, to detect barely alive survivors in disasters like a snow or mud avalanche, a building collapse, during a swat stand-offs, during a fire; to be used not only to find a barely alive person(s), but to assist firefighters to find their way out of a smoke filled structure using the MW RF "echos" or "noise" returns to the RADAR gun's computer screen.
But instead of being used for legitimate reasons, as intended, these MW RF RADAR guns have been co-opted to hurt, burn and vibrate people in their own homes, terrorizing them for revenge and to settle grudges.
As I have explained on many occasions to Officer Benjamin Jason Straw, if I were shot with a revolver, I would not have to produce the weapon and the bullet or the perpetrator, for an investigation to proceed.
The Etna Police Department has ignored their oath and duty to protect me, instead I have been noticeably taunted and mocked.
There are errors in the Etna Police reports that I received as a response to my RTK / FOIA request, as enumerated below:
First, it took my attorney to write a letter to get the 2 phone call reports from Etna Borough's solicitor. Then the Freedom of Information Officer posted them on Muckrock, as attached here.
Both dates on the police reports are incorrect. My Comcast call log shows that I made the first call on Friday, February 17, 2012 and spoke with Officer Winchel.
I made the second call, following Presidents' Day, mid-week and talked to Officer Dolan. I left a message asking that Officer Winchel return my call, as the assaults still persisted.
Officer Winchel never called me and never produced a Spectrum Analyzer, but Officer Dolan did recognize the assaults and wrote in his report that they were caused by "high-power radio waves" and did understand that it was a "heinous" crime.
(1.) I never said anything about lasers. Lasers, as everyone knows, do not go through walls.
(2.) I certainly never talked about microphones in my house.
(3.) The last thing that is noteworthy, is that, it seems that Etna Borough Police Department does not investigate these type of heinous crimes.
(4.) No one followed up with an investigation. No one produced a Spectrum Analyzer. No one called me to say that they could not get access to a Spectrum Analyzer. No one came to help me and so the pulsed, beam focused, microwave radiofrequency directed energy assaults, have continued and are on going.
