1. Joint Congressional Hearings on pulsed microwave radiofrequency assaults of normal, ordinary, law abiding people, including children and pets, intent on destroying all aspects of a TARGET'S life, including property and finances

2. Governors & Attorneys General set up 50 dedicated phone lines, one in each state, to report these heinous crimes, without fear or prejudice

3. Have U.S. Attorney Merrick Garland mobilize his 94 U.S. Prosecuting Attorneys to arrange investigations & Grand Jury Hearings
