Historic Atlanta was back in court today. Fulton County Superior Court Judge Kimberly M. Esmond Adams heard oral arguments from the plaintiff (Historic Atlanta) and the defendants (City of Atlanta and Margaritaville developers Strand Capital Group) today. All parties will supply the court with written orders by tomorrow and will then await the judge’s ruling. We’ll update with new information when it’s available.
