ExCel fails to explain decision

The most important thing at this Stage is to sign and, just as importantly, share the Change.org petition as we really need an answer as to why ExCel won’t have us. The response below gives no indication as to thinking behind #ExCel’s reasoning to what I say is quite simply an arbitrary decision . Julia Galbraith, the venue marketing manager says, “ExCeL London receives a large number of event enquiries and considers each of these on a case-by-case basis. It was decided that on this occasion, we would not proceed with this particular enquiry.”
