Cruel "sport" caught on camera

A snapshot of what the Irish government permits in the name of "sport"...this picture (below) appeared in the Irish Times on Dec 28th 2018 with the following caption:

Another reason to join the protest outside the "National Hare Coursing Festival" at Powerstown Park racecourse, Clonmel, Co. Tipperary, Ireland, on Sunday Feb. 3rd. Protest runs from 12 noon to 2 pm.
