My name is Philip Seibel and I am a survivor of systematic torture, denial of freedom, basic human rights, sexual abuse and rape at the hands of my parents and other individuals within the cult known as the children of God
In 2015, 2019, and 2024 I pressed charges in Switzerland and Germany against my biological mother and my adoptive step-father for torture, rape, forced labor and denial of basic rights such as education, food, speech and liberty of movement.
The state prosecutors in question stated that because the crimes were partially committed in India, they do not have jurisdiction which is false. Also, they claimed that the crimes have already expired, which again is false. The crimes my parents committed cannot be regarded as simple acts of sexual or physical abuse against children. What I and many other victims experienced in the cult aka the children of God at the hands of my parents and many other individuals can only be described as living hell. A child growing up in this heinous cult would experience long hours working from Monday to Sunday. Children as young as the age of six were forced into kitchen duty, washing dishes by hand three times a day for hundreds of members, cooking and sorting of rotten food and vegetables to laundry, scrubbing of toilets and care of smaller children. Education or schooling was sparse or non-existent in many communes. Refusal to work or "talking back" to an overseer would result in vicious corporal punishment. From being pounded on the head with bare knuckles, to public beatings, whippings and humiliations to the entire commune was the norm. Often these beatings followed incarceration, extra labor as in washing dishes alone for the entire commune to teach "humility" to denial of speech (tape over mouth and being bound and tied to a chair or bed) and other cruel and unusual punishments which can only be described as torture. Deprivation of sleep, being forced to stand for up for many hours with heavy books on the head and countless other methods of subjugation, indoctrination and abuse.
On top of that was the sexual predation, forced sex and even incestual relations between father and daughter and mother and son. Girls as young as twelve years old were forced weekly to participate in sex with all adults of a commune. They had no say in who they would have sex with. It was the absolute law that any female in the cult must provide sexual gratification to any male that demanded it. Children were not spared either. Children as young as six years old were helped even by their own mothers to dress "sexily" and revealing and then brought to an adult male for abuse. My step father Stefan Thomas Seibel and my mother Annette Meyer Seibel not only raped me but also participated in the rape and forced sex of many other children and teenagers. My parents even commanded me to participate in sex with other children, themselves and even tried to force me to have sex with other siblingse
How is it that these monsters run free because no prosecutor is willing to even consider talking to me or review the mountains of evidence that we victims have gathered over the decades. Crimes like this must never expire. Hundreds of victims that grew up in this cult are today no longer with us due to suicide and death from substance abuse. I, myself nearly died multiple times from drinking myself to the brink of death and other drug abuse. I was in and out of psychiatric institutions, hospitals and even prison due to the afflictions caused upon me in my youth.
Today I am just 44 years old. In the prime of my life. I can remember these crimes as if they happened yesterday. There is no such thing as false memory syndrome. These are heinous theories put into this world to discredit victims and protect perpetrators
We demand justice. We demand that the ICC rebuke the courts in Germany and Switzerland for not acting upon these severe allegations of crimes against humanity and instead making them sound harmless as if they were just expired isolated incidences of child abuse.
It is now up to you to let us bring our evidence before a judge in the hope that someone might finally listen. We have exhausted all other legal possibilities
