I've decided to close this petition and open a new one under my real name (apologies for misleading folks, I had personal reasons to use an alias initially).

I'm also narrowing the focus of the new petition and trying to get the initiative introduced in Ireland first and once it shows how it will benefit the people and country as a whole, I will then look to introduce it in other countries.

I would greatly appreciate a signature and share on the new petition.
