• Very Important to Note:                                                                                                                                                                                   Has anyone completed research on each State/Territories laws on this matter. You would have found that the State of Victoria is the ONLY jurisdiction that has NOT addressed this injustice!!

• Additionally - A Response email, 26 Feb 26, The Hon. James Newbury MP,  Shadow Attorney-General, stated - "I will certainly pass your concerns on to the team as we prepare policy for the November State Election."                                                                                                                                                                                                      I have NOT seen a sign of any wording in the current Liberal policies signifying that they are prepared to address this injustice.                                                                                                                                                                           NO RESPONSE has been forth-coming from the Government, not even in response to Paul Mercurio MP's Support Letter, 24 Feb 26, to the Hon. Sonya Kilkenny, Attorney-General of Victoria.
