The decision-maker, Richard Lobo, Head of Human Resources - Infosys Ltd responded to my email regarding the petition and is willing to initiate dialogue with the students and their colleges, regarding this issue. He has forwarded the views and suggestions to the team that works with colleges, I have requested him to connect me with that team so that I may follow up with them and share research as and when required, to support the process.

I thank the 16k+ people who have been on board all this while, have believed in the cause and had faith in the decision-maker.

I am happy that Infosys is initiating dialogue in the right direction and hope that we receive results soon. This could be the beginning of gender equality flowing into campuses across the nation; all of us will have contributed to the change and Infosys will have been the trendsetter.
