Now is the time to ensure we fully understand all of the planning, development, uses of land, and any associated impacts to the welfare of our resident. If you have questions or concerns regarding the potential significant impact to our air quality, wood fiber storage and associated hazards of combustible fibers storage, environmental impacts to surrounding areas, dust from particulate matter from wood or drywall processing, increased traffic density from trucking and associated dust, noise, and emissions, and odors from the storage and stock piling of mulch, then now is the time to voice our concerns. We have until 6/15/2019 to submit a request for a public hearing to answer our questions and voice our concerns! Board Member expressed concerns over dust and odor and "Mr. Schuster said there would be no such problems because the materials at question will be those such as cardboard, plastics, A-woods, and B-woods,"... “We’re not talking about having a lot of foods mixed in with the recycled wastes." Board member also noted residential uses near subject property.
