Favour given to accused in cheque bounce case.

1. CC no 2168/2019 for 8lac - Date 30/Oct/2019, first time he appeared in court and took a bail for cheque bounce.

2. CC no 2023/2019 for 6lac - Date 11/Sep/2019, not appeared in court applied 205 excuse for not attending the court. 

And requested court to put both the case for same date, so he can attend once instead of twice to court.

So funny, accused will do fraud for 10 people and request court to put all the 10 case in 1 day since he is busy in search of next victims. Not sure its lawyers mentality problem, Judge problem or system.
