The Globe and Mail there has been a recent article that Ontario will spend $650-million on five new helicopters and six new water bombers to help fight spreading wildfires. Did this petition help make that happen? That is just Ontario though, if other provinces also increase their fleet the harm forest fires can do can be greatly reduced.
