C'EST POSSIBLE il faut une rectification fondamentale des pratiques DES AVOCATS et à l'aide des outils thérapeutiques modernes le couple va résoudre les conflits au lieu de les figer dans une guerre judiciaire.
AUJOURD'HUI C'EST TRÈS GRAVE
LA JUSTICE fat subir aux enfants et parents une violence institutionnelle atroce produisant des séquelles traumatisantes durables. C'est une maltraitance occasionnant des LÉSIONS CORPORELLES GRAVES à la santé psychique et par voie de conséquence à la santé physique. Les Etats commettent des infractions pénales.
En plus les FRAIS DE SANTÉ & JUSTICE sont considérables !
LA PETITION a besoin de la presse pour:
1) rendre les AUTORITÉS FÉDÉRALES & INTERNATIONALES attentif que les pratiques de divorce actuelles sont clairement contraire à la loi
2) que sans délais le bien supérieur de l'enfant soit respecté et qu'on doit apprendre la communication respectueusedans les familles et ce soit le focus dans les divorces.
3) ceci il faudrait "sans délais ordonner" au niveau fédéral & mondial à travers l'ONU à Genève.

WHERE ARE MY CHILDREN ? I break from this torture - I fear dying without seeing them again!
At least 8 years of extremely violent procedures made me understand what solutions should be put in place to abolish violence practiced during divorces.
DIVORCE must be a PROCESS to bring PEACE & HARMONY IN THE FAMILY.
IT IS POSSIBLE with fundamental rectification of lawyer 'practices and thanks to modern therapeutic tools to solving conflits instead of fighting.
THE LAWYERS
Thanks to the petition I had testimonies which explain that the main problem of wars are the lawyers who aggravate & prolong conflicts on purpose to take advantage of often exorbitant fees. Each lawyer who contradicts this fact, signs this petition.
AUTHORITIES
It is URGENT that the practices of divorce be rectified by THE AUTHORITIES in respect of the rights of children in force.
WHY ?
Because current divorce procedural practices destroy children's parental relationships often for life and can end and have already ended in DEATH (suicide, murder, death by psychological torture which produces incurable diseases).
A parent who is morally and financially ruined by the justice does not serve much for his child.
HOW DO WE CHANGE?
Domestic violence should be taken seriously by prosecutors.
It is necessary to better apply the penal law and to introduce without delay the compulsory mediation & family therapy.
Violence often has its roots in people's own childhood.
Childhood is crucial. Art 219 of the Swiss penal code protects children, but this article is violated without attention by the authorities: judges, SPMI, CURML, lawyers, child psychiatrists.
We have to learn respectful communication to dissolve conflicts in families instead of freezing them in a war.
ALTERNATIVE THERAPIES REPLACE PSYCHIATRY
Psychiatry is behind the times, only making diagnoses and prescribing drugs instead of treating the causes of people's suffering.
Alternative therapies like NLP neuro-linguistic programming, IFS Internal Family System, inner child, role play, family constellation etc. must be put into practice by justice to solve conflicts.
This is the heart of the messages of this petition which is addressed to the AUTHORITIES responsible for these warsof divorce.
