By housing officer within SS core group meeting. Over the years victim run to mums to safety then was always reported for not being home trying to make her lose property, or even charge extra fees. This enables the victim to no longer be able to sleep at her mother's with her child where they ended up going as could no longer cope amongst all abuse. In fear to return, hates the place, it's surrounding people for all they've done. In order to get victim and child to return home served an eviction notice further playing with mind overwhelming stressing her out making sad. In knowing that producing this letter was going home with the victim back to her mother's and prior to leaving the meeting the housing officer had just said it won't be long before they fall out again 

It happened because of their eviction letter. We argued someone called the police.

Then they had reports of disturbances of my mother my child and I. Fantastic. Now used against us.

Made return home not be able to run away to safety and security to mums property. With the conditions of twelve months on upon it at which time we can start the eviction process through the courts and bailiffs etc.

Entrapping victim to their home, can't escape abuse, can't flee, further allowing social services to take the complete piss of a single mum and child. Having made her fall out with family members nearby. 

Noone will move us home because none of them want it they've where they want us.
