Council votes for pedestrian safety measures

Pedestrian-activated beacons for the intersection of Main & College were approved by Village of Bluffton council members at a special financial session held Monday, April 17. Streets & Alleys committee chair Joe Selhorst reports that the beacon installation and crosswalk/parking space taping is being scheduled and could be started in as soon as 4 weeks. Wonderful news for pedestrians and drivers!
