In Australia, we we produce one of the cleanest honeys in the world but imported, low-priced honey makes it harder for our small beekeepers to make a living and yet, they are the key to keeping bee populations healthy into the future. This project will allow beekeepers to share a facility to extract and bottle their honey as well as a place to learn from each other and from experts improving their chances of having a sustainable business.
