I want everyone to know and understand that I am requesting this law to hold drug dealers accountable for the deaths they cause from the deadly drugs they sell. 
I am not asking for this law to look at kids who hand a pill over to a friend, or a family member that hands a pill over to another family member. 

 We desperately need this law. Obviously any current policies are not working because the rise in deaths from Fentanyl and other poisons are increasing.
