21 days ago my mum of 58 years old was admitted to her local hospital with suspected kidney cancer, a highly likely small bowl neuroendocrime tumour and liver markings believed to be secondary to the small bowl. 3 weeks later, endless scans and £2500 lighter in her bank we are still no closer to a diagnosis.

2 week path way my arse! If her local hospital cannot diagnose this, why not swallow their pride and move her to somewhere that can, it’s been a shambles from start to finish and not what you would expect when you have paid national insurance all your life.

A persons life should not be decided by a bunch of funds that someone decides to divide between regions in a country where we keep getting told we need to come together by a bunch of puppets that meet up to vote on our futures.
