Hi all, I wanted to let you know that we now have 507 signatures on this petition. Thank you so much for your support!

It is a truly terrible decision by Aberdeenshire Council to stop the Lollipop Patrol at Macduff Primary School. The Lollipop Patrollers have kept the Children Safe for more than 40 years. When the school returns after the summer holidays there will no longer be a School Patroller. 

We now have momentum on our side and with more and more signatures our argument for a Safe Crossing will continue to strengthen. With the amount
of signatures we now have if each of us can additionally help add a few signatures from your family,friends,neighbours,clubs or workplaces then the Petition will grow rapidly.

If each person manages to even get one additional signature the 500 becomes 1000.
If anyone wants flyers to display or hand out then please get in touch.

The personal touch seems to be very effective. Sharing is great but what I see is truly adding signatures is just the simple act of asking someone you know to Sign This seems to be getting great results consistently as everyone Locally realises how Serious this issue is.

Sharing the petition with other people on social media also works and without doubt will help the Petition grow as each of us have different social circles we can reach. So please keep continue sharing on Facebook, SMS chats, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, email and WhatsApp etc... If more of us sign, we can’t be ignored!
