The reason I started this petition

is so my dads suffering at the end of his life would never be in vain but protect others ** Messages daily from all over UK daily tell me of the same suffering ** Barely one in 10 hospitals provides full, round-the-clock palliative care ** my dad apparently was one of the lucky ones ** He was given correct medication ? ** The man from the PHSO who upheld that finding told me "Off the record I admire what you are doing " help get the reality for so many debated in memory of my brave selfless dad Frank Foster who was 93 blind & Deaf when he suffered to help bring change not blame ** Please pass this petition to someone who has not signed it yet **
