5000 or bust

Should i call this at 5000 supporters? It's a shame really as the RIP for Cecil got over a million and i would've thought more people would be interested in prevention rather than memorium. As i've never done one of these before, i'm not sure what the next steps are but i hope to boost numbers before closing/presenting the petition. Any comments/advice appreciated.
