A few incidents that have taken place regarding these 'up holders of the law' December 2013 - a day after her 3 month scan my son's mother had 2 plain clothed male officers PC.HILL and PC.BASTOCK arrive unexpectedly at her house, they asked many invasive and intrusive questions and then asked my son's mother to sign a statement saying I was stalking her....when she refused they left the home whilst giggling at her saying 'we will have your baby taken'. My son's mother put in a formal complaint which SERGEANT MIKE O REILLY reassured her would be taken very seriously. She never heard anything back from the police regarding this incident ever again. November 25th 2014 - at 11pm 4 male officers including PC.THOMAS and PC.GOUGH arrived at my son's mothers home banging on her windows and shouting threats...under the guise of a 'safety and wellbeing check' , when she rung 101 to clarify if she had to let the officers in she was told she was not obligated to let them in, she asked the officers to leave her alone, she was fine and her wellbeing was in fact being compromised by officers who at this point were kicking at her door and flashing torches at her through windows, she informed the 101 handler officers were intimidating her and her pet dog....shortly afterwards 90 mins after they arrived my son's mothers door was ILLEGALLY AXED through, PC.THOMAS threw pieces of the door at my son's mother causing substantial brushing to her face, threatened to taser her and the dog if she didn't 'watch her mouth' (ask why the police were breaking the law) and even stamped on her foot. As officers left her home at approx 1am with no front door in tact she was told 'lock up safe love' by a giggling PC.THOMAS. Later an A.TAYLOR a tall powerfully built man from Bournville arrived at her home to tell her she had been 'served and protected' when she pointed out that leaving her home without a front door and her with severe bruising was neither protecting nor serving her the officer was as blunt as to say she 'deserved it' he then refused to take a complaint of her regarding the incident, as he was leaving he stated to her 'we will be back don't you worry love'. Due to the police lying to the council and claiming they hadnt been near the house that night the council tried to bill her for the door. Only when the local media started making enquiries to the police regarding the incident was a new free front door given. November 2014 - The police decided to apply for a DVPO against myself for reasons such as 'they believed we had had unprotected sex in August 2009', this was to apparently offer my son's mother 'whatever help and support she needed' - she was offered NOTHING and NOT ONCE contacted by ANYBODY regarding ANY 'help or support' whatsoever. Novemeber-December 2014 - Police are found giving out our highly sensitive personal information to our neighbours and according to one they 'were spoon feeding us information and asking us to sign a statement saying we had heard fighting specially around the baby' Bournville Police ought to be ashamed of themselves!!
