A 'seriously ill' Essex woman tried to murder her neighbour as her mental health problem left her feeling someone had to pay for her mother's death.

Kathryn Irons may never be released after she stabbed the woman while out shopping in Dunmow, Essex, while suffering from schizoaffective disorder.
